Annual Giving Fund
Participating in the Annual Fund campaign conveys a statement of parent support and commitment to Providence Montessori. We recognize that the ability to give differs among families, however as all families benefit, all families are asked to contribute, as they are able. Even a small contribution is appreciated, as we strive for 100% participation. These contributions are tax deductible.

Adriaan Kessler Scholarship Endowment
In 2008, Providence received a $30,000 gift of stock to be used as the seed for a scholarship fund, named the Adriaan Kessler Endowment Fund.  This fund is slowly growing with designated gifts from the Annual Giving Campaign and private donations from school supporters.  Our goal is to achieve a total endowment balance of $100,000 before disbursements will be made. Scholarships will then be available on a first-come, first-served basis to current school families in need of assistance, and then to new families.

Goodgiving Challenge
The GoodGiving Challenge – a partnership of Blue Grass Community Foundation and Smiley Pete Publishing – is an online charitable giving campaign celebrating the diversity of nonprofits in the region and allowing people to learn and contribute to their work. Donors can select one, two or multiple organizations and make a donation using a credit card, a Blue Grass Community Foundation Giving Card, a Blue Grass Community Foundation Donor Advised Giving Fund, or ACH Checking at the secure website . Donations to nonprofits will have an even greater impact during the Challenge, thanks to hundreds of thousands of dollars in challenges, match pools and grant money provided by sponsors.

Capital Campaign
In 2010, Providence launched its first Capital Campaign in support of the school’s growing need for campus improvements.  The campaign began with the design and production of a campus master plan, which provides a multi-phased approach to the long-term growth and development of Providence’s five acres of land and buildings.  Phase I, re-design of the front drive and parking area was completed in the summer of 2010.  Phase II is focused on the expansion of the existing toddler program. Funds generated through various giving sources will supplement the addition of two more toddler classrooms and playground enhancements.  Each subsequent year of the Capital Campaign will collect funds to implement the additional phases of the master plan.
